My 16 year old gelding, Batman, suffered from Anihydrosis. I didn't really think much of him not sweating at first. I thought I just had him in really good shape. WRONG. Well, from advice I received, I started giving Batman beer in his feed. That worked for one summer, the next summer I was unable to ride. This summer, I had to start giving him 2 beers. It got to the point where I wouldn't warm him up much, run him and then immediately jerk the saddle off and hose him down to cool him off. The beer was no longer working. At one point way back when I had talked to Pam about Equine Touch and had to cancel my appointment with her for unexpected reasons. So, I started thinking about Pam again. I called her, we talked and I decided to have her work on Batman. After the first treatment I saw moisture on his muzzle. Pam did a second treatment about a week later and then we saw a little sweat on his neck. After Pam did the third treatment.......WOW.....the sweat was pouring out of him when I worked him. I am so glad I finally went to Pam and had her work on Batman. I no longer have to worry about giving beer with his feed or trying to find a supplement to mask the problem. I am just amazed at how Equine Touch worked for Batman. I have taken several other horses to Pam to allow her to do the Equine Touch on them as well. The other horses weren't problem horses, I was just taking them to allow them to feel better after Pam worked on them. Thanks Pam.

11-05-07 Gulf Coast Finals 2007
Pam has done Equine Touch on my horse, Kid, several times and has always got him running good when he wasn't working just right. Even though my novice horse, Rebel, had been working good with no problems I decided to get ET done on him too (mainly for what it does for their immune system). Rebel started the year out running at the top of the 4D and was currently running consistently at the top of the 3D and several times in the 2D.
I couldn't believe it....the next jackpot I took him to (the GC Finals) after having ET done, he ran 3rd in the 1D!

Karen Morris
Karen Morris - Elgin, Texas - Karen's 15 year old gelding, "Return the Money" aka "Snip" is a regular customer. Due to heavy hauling and W.P.R.A. rodeos Snip loves a good session of Equine Touch! Karen says "Snip is more quiet in the alley now." Just a few of their many accomplishements for 2005 include 2nd at Weatherford, Tx, 2nd at Stephenville, Tx. 3rd at Wichita Falls, Tx. 5th in the average at San Antonio, Tx. and then winning the Short-Go! They also made the Texas Circuit Finals! Karen believes Equine Touch not only relaxes your horse for a smoother run but also allows them more focus on their job.

Kristen Adams
Pam,
This is Kristen Adams and you worked on my horse at the WBR at Waco Sept. '06 after I had already run. She was the really big chesnut mare that reminded you so much of your retired mare. It was amazing watching you work! Just wanted to give you an update after Monday! I did like you said and turned her out Sunday and just let her relax. She continued to yawn, and blow, and rest for the entire day. I went to Run for the Diamonds in Ruston, LA with 493 entries on Monday and we won 2nd! It was an amazing run. Thank you so much for working on my horse. Her response was incredible! I can wait to see you in the future and continue using you!
Sincerely,
Kristen Adams

Hey Pam,
I was just writing to let you know that we had a college rodeo in Hillboro this weekend and I won 2nd! It was only a 1 go. She's doing so much better since you worked on her and is feeling great. I am excited to keep entering and see what we can do! Thanks again!
Sincerely,
Kristen Adams

Hey Pam,
Just wanted to give you another update! We had another college rodeo this weekend and I won 2nd in the short round and 4th in the average! I know its because you worked on her that she keeps working this good, and she just keeps getting better! See you in Alvarado in May!
Sincerely,
Kristen
Kelly Kaminski
Kelly Kaminski, Bellville,Texas - Kelly's pro barrel horse, "Rock'em Sock'em Go", also known as "Rocky", was an Equine Touch customer in 2002 right before the Holiday Classic barrel race in Rosenberg. It was a big show with over 200 entries. Kelly said she couldn't pin point exactly where Rocky was sore but sure that he was, due to all of the barrel races and hauling. After Equine Touch, Rocky felt good enough to win that day! It relaxed him to the point that his head was dropped and fell asleep. Kelly also asked Pam to come to their house the next week and work on her husband's roping horse. The rope horse was being difficult about going into a roping box. His neck seemed to be regularly sore from an old injury and Pam was able to alleviate this. He worked better than he had in years the next time he roped. Kelly and Rocky also met Pam again for Equine Touch at the San Antonio rodeo.

Judy Nietsch
Judy Nietsch, of Gonzales, Texas, told me about their 14 year old mare named "Chivy's Fantasy", otherwise known as "Abby". They were at a barrel race in Gonzales and her daughter, Tracey was having trouble with "Abby" setting back breaking lead ropes. The mare had become very high headed when Tracey rode her, and she was sore in her back. She had never heard of Equine Touch before that day. After talking to Pam, she decided to have the mare worked on. The price was very reasonable. The Equine Touch work took a while, but it was worth it. After the first Equine Touch work, her head had come down and she wasn't sore. So she had her done again after a few days and she loved it. After that she quit setting back when she was tied to the trailer, her head stayed down and she started turning the barrels better. Abby has not set back since that day.
Judy said, "I would swear the horse knows Pam and when she does the first release point on her, she is so relaxed. It is funny to watch the horse's reactions. They lick their lips and sometimes give a loosening shake and drop their heads down so low. It's such an easy touch that you think "she can't possibly be doing any good." But it does the trick and you can see it happening from the very first touch." After the second Equine Touch body work, Judy went to the barn to feed, and while mixing the feed she heard the most awful moaning coming from the stalls. Judy ran down the alley to see what was going on. "Abby" had walked her front feet way out ahead of her body, and leaned down with her chest about a foot or two off the ground and was stretching herself and moaning. Judy just stood there and watched her. After a minute or two she stood back up and was licking her lips. She said she had never seen her do this before until after Pam worked on her. She was still adjusting herself and was now able to help herself work it out. Judy says she doesn't do this every morning but she will still do it a few times a week. She said it is very funny to watch.
Judy said Equine Touch isn't about jerking or pulling. It's about gentle relaxing touches for the horse. And it works! She said they had it done on a different horse that usually doesn't show any reaction when done by a chiropractor, but he was licking his lips and yawning after each move Pam finished. He was really relaxed after this and he wasn't sore anymore. Judy said they are very pleased with the results. She said they would keep using Equine touch whenever she sees problems starting. Another thing Judy said that was really nice about Pam, was that she was working on one of our other horses and we were telling her about the problems we were having. After working on him, Pam said she didn't think that it was his back or something in his hip like we suspected. She told Judy that she thought we had another problem with the horse and needed to see a veterinarian. Sure enough, it was an abscess. She said the horse wasn't really limping yet, but he just acted like he was sore, so it wasn't easy to pinpoint. Anyone would have thought it was just soreness. Judy said she really appreciated the fact that Pam didn't try to tell us that we needed to keep returning for a bunch of visits but that a visit to a veterinarian was needed. The vet located the abcess long before it ever broke open.

Claudia Smith
Claudia Smith, Mexia, Texas, "Sammy", a 10-year-old barrel horse. When I rode "Sammy", at times, he would buck and pitch. He was nervous and out of sorts. Pam came to my house in June 2002. "Sammy" seemed sore in his withers and neck. During "Sammys" Equine Touch work, he arched his back straight up and then stretched down to his chest. He licked, chewed and yawned during the entire body work. He also kept moving over to Pam bumping her to do another move! It calmed "Sammy" and it is a pleasure to ride him again. He hasnt shown any signs of soreness or wanting to buck. He's just easier to handle.
I like Equine Touch because it's non-evasive. It's really great that it only takes one to two times for the horse to re-balance himself. My horses move freer and more fluid.
Pam also worked on my 5 year old mare, "True". "True" had been twitching her tail and being witchy. After the Equine Touch work, "True" stopped acting up. I've started her on the barrels. She is very calm and doing very good on the barrels. Bending and turning nicely.

Laura Coyle
Laura Coyle of Austin, Texas, about her 18-year-old Arab gelding. "Frankie" was very sick and had been diagnosed by a veterinarian with an auto-immune disorder. He had an overrated immune system. He was very allergic to flies and gnats. His symptoms were very painful, skin splitting, with patchy and crusty skin. His sheath had blown up to the size of a grapefruit. His ears were very bloody inside from scaling skin. Laura couldn't even put his halter on him, as he was so sensitive to any touch. All parts of his body had these symptoms including his chest area. His coat was terrible and his skin and hair were just sloughing off. He was lethargic and very uncomfortable. The vet said he was basically "allergic to himself". "Frankie" was taking prednizone to alleviate his symptoms. Laura had tried several treatments including accupuncture, acupressure and supplements. She tried all "western" and "eastern" treatments and nothing seemed to work.
Laura met Pam in February 2002 at the San Antonio Rodeo quite by chance. Pam was working for Comal Saddlery selling horse trailers and Laura was trailer shopping. They began talking about horses. Pam told Laura she had finished her school for Equine Touch when Laura started telling Pam she had a very sick horse. Laura was willing to try anything to help "Frankie" at this point. Pam told her she had no previous experience with anything like this but Laura insisted that she try. She said Pam made sure she understood that she was not sure if Equine Touch would help at all. Pam started the first Equine Touch visit on March 5, 2002. She noticed that it took "Frankie" a long time to process each touch. He would get a "glazed" look as if in a trance after each touch. Pam and Laura saw a huge amount of reaction that day. The next day when "Frankie" was turned out, Laura noticed that he was running and playing and was so energized. She hadn't seen him do this for two years since his symptoms started!
Pam came out once a week for 5 weeks. "Frankie" would hear Pam's truck coming and would run to the fence to greet her. He would stand there for her without a halter while she worked! He knew he needed this Equine Touch! He showed enormous signs of processing the touches. He yawned a lot, licked his lips a lot and dropped his head. It was simply amazing to watch. After each Equine Touch visit, it took less and less time for him to process each touch. He was getting better and better each time. Laura started reducing the dosage of Prednizone which was very scary for her. But the sores on his body had started healing, his hair was growing back and his coat was shiny. She knew the Equine Touch was working!
Today, Laura said "Frankie" is off Prednizone and is now just taking an antihistamine. Laura said the Equine Touch helped "Frankie" to break the cycle.

Teresa McLaughlin
Teresa McLaughlin, Lockhart, Texas "Tess", 4 year old filly - Oct 2001 and "Red Horse", 12 yr. old gelding - May 2002
"Tess" would turn her head and open her mouth to the left after each Equine Touch move. I knew her teeth were due to be floated. "Tess" rode home that night without kicking in the trailer which was unusual for her. The week following, "Tess" would not take a bit so I took her to a veterinarian who did an extensive teeth float. After the float the mare took a bit just fine. The veterinarian told me the filly had been carrying her jaw crooked for quite a while and that Pam's ET work had caused the jaw to return to the normal position with the TMJ (jaw) work! "Tess" still has not kicked in a trailer.
"Red Horse" was "short striding" on the right rear and seemed sore in the hip area. "Red Horse" was already pre-entered in a big barrel race in San Antonio and I had no substitution for him. He had started "blowing off" the barrels in a previous race and a veterinarian told me to keep exercising him and perhaps get some "alternative" work done on him to get him through this race. I called Pam. "Red Horse" made a good consistent run with three good turns at the race after the Equine Touch work and the "short stride" had disappeared.
Gina Groves
Gina Groves - Freer, Tx. - Flaming Bliss aka "Blister" - 7 yr. old gelding.
No stranger could walk up and touch his face, head or foretop area. He was fractious and spooky with that "scared eye" and a high head. Issues from his life before my house! It took me quite a while to gain his trust at all. I had a hard time putting a bridle on him even after having his ears checked for ticks and his teeth floated. My mom and I told Pam she would never be able to get near his ears. Pam did Equine Touch on him in Oct. of 2002 and we could not believe what we witnessed. Pam was not only able to do his head and ears but had "Blister" hanging his head and licking his lips at a very loud and busy barrel race.
Shannon Peavy
Shannon Peavy - Magnolia, Tx. - Doc Peponitas Bar "Chester", Aprils Dakota Mac "Dakota", and Kiowa Lark Cash "Barbie"
The differences I have seen in my horses with the Equine Touch Method has been absolutely amazing! I first met Pam in Nov. 2005 when she did ET on my 4 year gelding "Dakota". Every time I would come to a barrel and ask him to stop, Dakota would violently shake his head and throw it up in the air. I had his teeth checked and the vet told me they were fine and that I was simply dealing with an attitude problem. After attending a barrel clinic and having the same problem all day I was extremely frustrated and knew it was more than an attitude problem. Pam Cantwell was at the clinic/race that day and so I decided to let her work on him I saw a definite change in his expression when she worked on his face, poll and jaw, he completely dropped his head and immediately began licking and chewing. Since Pam has worked on Dakota, I have not seen any head shaking or tossing. He seems much more comfortable during our rides and is much easier to work with and ride now.
Pam also worked on Chester, my 9 year old open barrel gelding and Barbie, a 5 year paint mare, that is progressing nicely in her barrel training.
"Chester" did not have any serious issues, but after Pam worked on him, he just seemed much comfortable and relaxed during rides and would really stretch out and run harder. I could definitely tell he was feeling much better. Chester had been off the barrels for about 2 months and I began running him the next weekend and he has been consistently placing in the 2 and 3-D ever since
"Barbie" had a serious issue when I purchased her. When I bought Barbie she very difficult to load in a trailer, the people that loaded her when she was brought to Magnolia were not as patient as they should have been and Barbie flipped herself over. Barbie suffered several lacerations from the incident, as well as her left hip being pushed out of place and uneven. Pam worked on Barbie a few weeks after I got her home. Through the entire session, Barbie was falling asleep and really was enjoying it. Not even 12 hours after Pam had finished with her, Barbie's hip had gone completely back into place. I could no longer see one side higher than the other from the back. I was in complete shock because I did not expect such quick results! Also, after Pam's visit, Barbie has never again had any issues with getting in the horse trailer, she loads like an old pro now everytime.
I feel very blessed to have found someone like Pam to work on my most prized possessions. My horses are like my children and I will not let just anyone work on them. Pam has been so patient and kind to every one of them and truly cares about each horse she works on, she sends numerous e-mails checking on each one and loves hearing the feedback on how they are doing. Thank you Pam for sharing your wonderful gift with my horses and I!
Dana Stewart
Dana Stewart - Midland, Tx. - Double Dash Cash "Do Man" and Deckettas Sug "Buddy"
"Do" had a real problem with his ears. I could not touch him around his ears at all. It was all he could do to let me bridle him. He had been that way ever since I'd bought him 3 years ago. The person I got him from had tied him with a chain. Not the kind of chain on a lead rope but a real "heavy" chain like the kind that you would buy by the foot. It went through the bottom of his halter where the lead rope would snap up and over his poll and back down through the halter. They had tied his lead rope to that, all because he had set back one time. If I was to accidentally touch his ears while bridling him he would set back and get loose or would swing his head around and hit me. He was super sensitive to that area around his ears. When I took him home after Pam worked on him the first time, I could touch him around his ears! That was a year ago and he is still doing good! It has made him easier to be around. I know it has something to do with muscle memory.
"Buddy" At the World Barrel Racing Production race in Waco, Buddy was so sore from a bad shoeing that we did not know if we could run him. We had him reset and he was still sore. A vet worked with us and said the only way she thought we could run him was to block him. I did not want to do that so the next morning before our run he was still sore and we took him to Pam. She worked with him and he really responded to her. 3 hours later we were able to run Buddy! Getting him shod correctly and having Pam work on him that day, got his body back in sinc.
Jennifer Warner
My gelding Iscootimajet aka "TC" a reg. quarterhorse had Anihydrosis. He came close to having a heatstroke on numerous occasions. I had to be careful at the barrel races in Texas because he would easily overheat. I was constantly spraying him off to help keep him cool. I had Pam work on him one time and one time only and he never had another episode. Not even in 100% humidity with heat index of 116 and actual temps of 98! Pam does awesome work and all without drugs or needles.

Mark and Lacee Bruton
Mark and Lacee Bruton, - Crowley, Tx. - "Belle"
My husband, Mark, bought this mare back 11 or so years ago from a man that was going to send her to slaughter after she quit bucking in his rodeo string. She was literally a bag of bones. Mark gave her some TLC and has been picking up broncs on her for about 10 years. We used to always have to take her to a chiropractor until we found Pam. Pam worked on this mare and you could immediately tell a difference in the way this horse handled. She was more willing to please and just all around felt better. She became an even better pick up horse. We love Pam and her Equine Touch!
Karol Hammett
Karol Hammett - Elgin, Tx. - Ms Lady Bar King "Breeze" and Texan Spicey King "Squirt"
I've had Pam work on my horses for a couple of years now.
"Squirt" can hear her voice and starts to look for her. He had some hock issues which my vet handled but was a little sore all over. After Pam works on him he just moves better. Pam will have him do stretches and he will now stretch without even getting the cookies that Pam always brings with her. He is just too funny.
"Breeze" had serious neck issues. She was really stiff. After Pam works on Breeze, she will run out in the pasture for 15 - 20 minutes shaking her head and bucking. She is 16 now and is performing as always, great.
Cheryl Sellers
Cheryl Sellers - McMahan, Tx. - "Dude Bug"
"Dude" fell in love with Pam. His head was inches from the ground during and after Equine Touch. Dude had a sore back and didn't like to be cinched. After Equine Touch, he didn't try to bite me anymore when I cinched him. His body was more relaxed when we rode. Two thumbs up from me and 4 hoofs up from Dude!
Deb Brown
My palomino horse, Savannah's Beau Skip (Beau), began getting small tumors on his neck about 8 years ago. It seemed that every vet and horse person had something different to tell me concerning how to get rid of them, but nothing ever helped.
Four years ago, I began a nutrition program that consisted of only natural supplements to help boost his immune system - hoping that he could fight off the tumors on his own. The tumors began to shrink from the size of a man's thumb to the size of my little finger - but they still were not going away.
I had heard about Equine Touch and how it helps the body balance itself, and it seemed to compliment the program that I had chosen for Beau. I called Pam Cantwell and she met with "Beau", along with a veterinarian and I. The veterinarian wanted to watch. Beau processed each move Pam did and was very relaxed. The day after the session with Pam, some of the tumors began to bleed. This was a significant next-day change! Pam Cantwell did E.T. once a week on Beau for the next four weeks. Many of the tumors began to ooze after each E.T. session. One tumor in particular seemed to be getting larger. At about week three, the base of that tumor began shrinking! It appeared that Beau's body was doing what I had hoped for all along - he was rejecting the tumor on his own! During week four, the tumor became real bloody and looked like a big open wound . . . and then it fell off his body! I found the tumor in the barn and had it sent to Texas A&M where it was diagnosed as a very rare form of equine cancer. Because the vets at Texas A&M had not seen many of these cases, they had no explanation for the tumor falling off except that Beau's body was healthy enough to reject it.
Jamie Shelton also a Cert. Equine Touch Practitioner and one of Pam's former clients, started working on Beau since she lived so close to me. After four or five sessions with Jamie, another tumor followed the same process and fell off, too. We are continuing with a session about once a week, and still another tumor under his ear is working its way off Beau's body.
Beau has not had any conventional medicines in over four years, yet he is healthier now than ever before. He is 22 years old and retired from barrel racing, but he is not ready to grow old just yet! With the natural supplements and The Equine Touch, it looks like my best friend will be with me for many more years!
Thanks Pam and Jamie!
